Harnessing the Power of Solar: My Experience with Jakson Solar – Sampat Singh Shekhawat, Principal, Noble International School

I am Sampat Singh Shekhawat, Principal of Noble International School, Kumbh Nagar, Chittorgarh.

When it came to installing solar panels at our school, several factors influenced our decision. The primary reason was the high electricity bills. We wanted to explore ways to reduce costs. As a result, our society decided to shift to solar energy and embrace green energy solutions.

We conducted extensive market research to identify the best solar panel manufacturer. Many companies were available, but based on performance, history, and reviews, we were consistently advised to go with Jakson Solar. People assured us that Jakson Panels come with a clean track record and wouldn’t face issues.

It took us around six months to finalize our decision, as choosing solar panels is a long-term commitment. It’s not something that can be changed every year because of dissatisfaction. After thorough deliberation, we approached Jakson Solar and decided to install a 15-kilowatt solar plant based on our energy requirements.

Many people ask why we need to invest in solar energy. I explain to them that solar is the energy of the future. Traditional energy sources, like coal-based electricity, are limited. Over time, coal resources will be depleted, but solar energy is a renewable source that will never run out. By adopting solar, we are not only reducing our costs but also contributing to the nation’s growth.

India can progress only when we reduce dependency on other countries for energy. Producing our own renewable energy is a step toward self-reliance.

At our school, our electricity bill used to be around ₹3 lakh annually. After installing the 15-kilowatt solar plant with 27–28 panels, we initially expected it to generate 80 units of electricity daily. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that, in some months, it produced 90–92 units daily. On average, the plant generates 2,500–2,600 units monthly, which is more than sufficient for our requirements.

The production has exceeded our expectations, and I am grateful to Jakson Solar for their quality product and service. I personally convey my thanks and regards to the representatives of Jakson Solar for installing such a reliable solar plant at our school.

Even during the rainy season, when production is expected to dip, we still managed to generate 82–84 units daily. Cleaning and maintaining the solar panels is simple; we clean them twice a month with plain water and wipe them dry.

I recommend others consider Jakson solar panels. Based on my experience, they are reliable, efficient, and produce excellent results, regardless of weather conditions.

It is not a mere economic investment but a path to environmentalism. It saves the earth through sustainable energy supplies and contributes its part to making sure resources get conserved for future generations to enjoy.
