TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) cells are engineered with a passivated contact structure to minimize electron recombination and enhance carrier mobility, ultimately boosting efficiency and performance, especially in low-light conditions. With bifaciality factor of 80% (+- 5%), Helia NXT range of Bifacial Modules are capable of providing extra power both from front (direct sunlight) and rear (reflected sunlight) providing more value to our customers. Each module (using 144 Half Cut 16BB Topcon Cells in standard size of 2278X1133X35mm) can provide up to 590 Wp power under STC, leading to better utilization of space and saving in BOS Cost, hence lower LCOE (Lowest Cost of Electricity). HeliaNXT range is available in both Glass- Glass and Glass- Transparent Backsheet options as per customer requirement. Glass – Glass range of modules having enhanced reliability come with 30 years power output warranty while Transparent Backsheet range carries 25 year power output warranty. Glass- Glass Modules are best suited for large scale utility projects while Glass – Transparent Backsheet (lower weight than Glass-Glass) are preferred for rooftop applications. With enhanced module efficiency of up to 22.86%, lower degradation better temperature coefficient for power, TOPCon modules are ideal for space-constrained applications and scenarios demanding maximum power output.
